Jordan NightengaleSales & Events Manager
Jordan graduated from IUPUI with a degree in Tourism, Conventions, and Event Management and a minor in Business. During her time there, she worked as a Development Intern at Make-A-Wish Foundation and Events Intern at Big Red Liquors. Jordan likes the creativity, inspiration, and variety each of her clients brings. When she is not working, she enjoys small coffee shops, traveling, and spending time with her family. “Our events are uniquely customized to each person’s individual personality, and I am inspired by that.”
Shelby SturtzDirector of Events & Catering
Shelby started her career with Sahm’s after graduating from Purdue University in 2013. As a Hospitality and Tourism Management major, Shelby was able to work at The Center for the Performing Arts in Carmel, French Lick Resort and Casino and catered for the Purdue football stadium. When she is not in the office, Shelby is attending concerts, out on the lake, spending time with her niece Eliana, or traveling to different states to visit friends. At Sahm’s, Shelby works closely with our clients to make sure satisfaction is guaranteed. In fact, she says her favorite part of planning events and weddings is getting to know the clients! “By the end my clients seem like family to me.”
Shannan MillerEvents & Catering Manager
Shannan started at Sahm’s in 2016 after graduating from Indiana University in May with a Tourism, Hospitality, and Event Management degree. During college, she worked at Visit Bloomington and the YMCA. She loves the fast-faced environment Sahm’s provides as well as getting to talk to new people every day. When she’s not at work she enjoys hanging out with her friends or wandering around Broad Ripple. “I really enjoy helping people create an experience they’ll never forget and I get to do that with Sahm’s.”
Wildon PinedaExecutive Chef & Managing Partner
Chef Wildon Pineda, a Guatemalan native, found his passion for food working beside his mother at a very young age. A self-taught chef, Wildon, started his career working at a national restaurant chain quickly moving into the Kitchen Manager position. Wildon started with Sahm’s Companies in 2000 managing Sahm’s Place. In 2001 he opened Sahm’s at the Plaza and took over Sahm’s Catering. In 2010 he opened Sahm’s Atrium at the Tower and Sahm’s Tavern. He is a managing partner and the executive chef of Sahm’s Catering and Sahm’s Atrium at The Tower.
